Nancy brings a wealth of experience to help her clients find the right property in PonteVedra and the Greater Jacksonville area. “I enjoy representing clients in all price ranges, from first-time buyers and sellers to those whose needs fall in the upper ranges. Nancy has been happily married to her husband John for twenty-six years. They are the parents of Amy (a graduate of East Carolina University), Christopher (a freshman at University of South Carolina), and Sarah (a junior at Bartram Trail High School). Two of their children were adopted from Russia. Nancy and John grew up in Ohio – primarily in the Cleveland area. Her father was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force. Nancy and John both attended colleges in Ohio where Nancy graduated from The Ohio State University and John graduated from Kent State University. Nancy also attended the Universite d’Aix-en-Provence in France. Since their marriage, Nancy and John have lived in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania before moving to Florida. Nancy truly understands the needs of relocation buyers!
Nancy spent over 16 years as a corporate purchasing professional, primarily in the Architecture and Construction Division of Marriott Hotels International in Bethesda, Maryland. There she perfected her negotiation and customer satisfaction skills. She chose real estate as a career that will provide an excellent vehicle to deliver deliver her superior customer satisfaction skills. Nancy has a strong and proven background in negotiations and an innate sense of matching her clients’ needs with the best that the market has to offer. She began her real estate career in Pennsylvania where she worked in the Main Line area of Philadelphia. Upon moving to Florida, she quickly obtained her Florida Real Estate license.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally. She and her family are members of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church. She has a keen interest in historic homes and investment properties. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which gives her a depth of knowledge that is essential in helping today’s homeowners who are underwater with their mortgages and may be facing short sales or foreclosures. Nancy is also an Accredited Staging Realtor.
Nancy has an extremely high degree of integrity, is professional, competent, and easy to work with. She is enthusiastic, patient, and detail-oriented. By asking the right questions and listening closely to her clients’ responses, Nancy’s customer-focused approach leads to satisfied buyers and sellers. “My goal is to deliver the best value for each client, removing roadblocks, negotiating on their behalf, and guiding them through the entire process so that it is a positive experience these skills to her clients.
